Mail Order Service
Our mail order service covers delivery within mainland UK only.
You can pay for your order by credit card over the phone, bank transfer or cheque.
Goods will be despatched on receipt of payment. All goods supplied by Leventhorpe Vineyard remain the property of the company until cleared funds have reached the company’s bank account.
Consignment delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as the goods have been collected from our premises.
If the goods delivered are damaged or defective we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 2 days of the delivery of the goods in question.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. All goods must be returned in their original condition and wrapping, therefore please take care when unpacking goods and repacking.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the products.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in the clause above will not apply in the following circumstances:
